For those of you who have never visited us, The Piñons of Turkey Cañon Ranch is a rural, covenant-controlled development conveniently located thirteen miles southwest of Colorado Springs on Colorado Highway 115. The Piñons has 58 five-acre lots with breathtaking views of the Spanish Peaks, Sangre de Cristo and Green Horn mountain ranges. Lots are covered with grassy meadows, Piñon and Ponderosa Pine, Cedar, Gambel Oak and Mountain Mahogany — abundant wildlife complements the picturesque beauty of Turkey Cañon Ranch. Surrounded by BLM land to the west, Nature Conservancy land (Aiken Canyon) to the north and the approximately 220,000-acre Fort Carson Military reservation to the east — we will be insured that undeveloped beauty surrounds the property for generations.
